Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

When will next year's Easter camp dates be announced? expand_more
Our Easter 2026 camps have now finished. We will publish dates and booking information for future camps on this page when they are confirmed.
Does my child need to be an Ormeau member to attend? expand_more
When beginner camp runs, it is open to everyone aged 8–12, regardless of club membership. NextGen and Performance camps are invite-only for players already known to the coaching team.
What does "invite only" mean for NextGen and Performance? expand_more
These camps are reserved for players specifically selected by the coaching team based on ability, commitment, and development potential. If you'd like your child to be considered, get in touch — but final selection is at the coaches' discretion.
Can my child attend both weeks? expand_more
When bookings open for future camps, beginners are usually able to book Week 1, Week 2, or both — we will confirm options and any multi-week offer when dates are published. NextGen players are assigned to a week; performance players may be able to attend both weeks where offered.
Does my child need their own equipment? expand_more
Not for the Beginner Camp — we provide bats and balls. For NextGen and Performance, players should bring their own bat.
What happens if my child is injured or can't attend? expand_more
Please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits will be considered case-by-case; we cannot guarantee refunds for non-attendance.
Is there parking at the venue? expand_more
There is limited on-street parking on The Mount and surrounding streets. The venue is well served by public transport — Metro bus routes pass nearby.
Can I stay and watch? expand_more
Parents are welcome to drop off and collect. We ask that spectating is kept to a minimum during sessions so coaches and players can focus.
