Another tough 4-3 loss in Senior Premier League

Hats off to our lads Dorian, Lucas and Matt who battled hard today but were pipped 4-3 by a resilient Urban team. Ormeau player of the day was Dorian Nicole who took both singles including coming from 2-0 down to beat their No1 Sizlard in the fifth set. Dorian and Lucas combined to win a fantastic doubles but unfortunately for Lucas he was able to convert his singles today. Matt Ware was in good form and run Japanese player Nishi to four close sets but couldn’t convert an Ormeau win in the final match. Many thanks to all three lads for a fantastic job and well done to Urban on today’s win! We will return stronger and push for a win in our last match against Fusion at home on 28th March – final push for playoffs!
