Club Open Today & Changes To Summer Camp Times!

A quick reminder that we have two sessions on today as normal – Kids from 2-3pm and Adults from 3-4:30 pm with coach Trevor.

*Important Notice* Summer Camps have filled up nicely but we have had to amend the times of some of the sessions as follows :

Adults Sessions will now be one group with all levels with 6/7 coaches & sparring partners attending all sessions. The times for the Adult camp will now be from 7-9 pm each night starting on Monday 22nd July. A few beginner kids will be included in the development group now from 2-5:30 pm in Ormeau club.

Still some spaces in each of the sessions but performance camp is totally full
