COACHING FOR ADULTS
We offer multiple coaching sessions each week for adults of all levels with each session lead by a qualified and experienced coach who has competed and coached at the highest level. Our sessions are normally 90 mins long with a range of coaching themes, tip, drills and fun competitions. Our beginner/improver sessions on a Wednesday & Saturday are perfect to get started and learn the fundamentals.
BEGINNER & IMPROVER – Wednesday & Saturday
INTERMEDIATE / LEAGUE LEVEL – Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays.
PERFORMANCE – Tuesday & Thursday
