Former Ormeau Senior British League star Vitor Ishy from Brazil has caused a major shock as he took the title to become the champion of his continent πππ
Vitor was number 10 seed for the event where he overcame teammate and Brazilian No2 Gustavo Tsuboi (6-11, 10-12, 11-6, 11-7, 10-12, 11-3, 11-9). In the final and to secure the title he recorded a nice win over Argentinaβs ever faithful Gaston Alto, the no.12 seed (9-11, 11-3, 14-12, 11-4, 11-7).
